What if I don't like it when it arrives?
Send it back and we refund you in full. You will not have to send a photo, record a video, or explain yourself to anyone. That applies to the fit, the print, or simply changing your mind about it.
Am I paying anything now?
Yes, ₹199. That is what makes it a pre-paid booking, and the 30% only applies to those. It is not a fee. It comes off your final price rupee for rupee.
What if I change my mind before it ships?
Message us any time before dispatch and the ₹199 goes back to the same account, in full. No form, no reason needed. You are holding a price, not signing a contract.
Why is 30% only for pre-paid?
A pre-paid order is a real number we can plan production against, and that is what pays for the discount. Cash on delivery is welcome on launch day, at launch-day pricing.
When will I actually get it?
Around the same time your new iPhone lands, not four weeks later when you have given up and bought something random from a market stall. Delivery runs 5 to 7 business days, and prepaid orders ship free.

Do I have to pick a design now?
No. Tell us a favourite now if you have one, or leave it open. Your booking gets you in 48 hours before everyone else, which is when you choose the exact print.
How do you have cases before the phone?
We build the moulds from pre-release measurements, then check them again against the final specs. Anything that is off gets re-made before it ships.
