Refund & Exchange Policy

Our team makes their best effort keep our product’s images, description and title as clear as possible. So we request you to carefully go through our product before placing an order. Making a purchase indicates you’ve agreed to all our terms and policies.
We offer 3 Days refund on all the products except from Accessories section and 3 days exchange policy
- Refund & Exchange should be requested within 3 days and you have to inform us after the product gets delivered. Email us at support@peeperly.in
- Product should be in intact condition in original packaging. Invoice/Bill should be there.
- Refund will only be eligible if the product received in reverse pickup clears our quality check process.
- Refund amount will be transferred within 48-72 hours after clearing the quality check process at our warehouse. We only provide refunds through the bank account details.
- In case of COD orders, the amount will be refunded after deducting COD charges.
- For exchange- kindly provide us order details on email along with the received product’s image and after the reverse pick up we will send you the replacement within 3-5 working days!
- Kindly make sure to handover only those products to the pickup person for which you raise return/exchange request. Any additional product will be sent back to you.
- We only provide assistance between 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- We don’t provide replacement on replacement products. Kindly choose the products carefully.
- In case the customer placed the wrong order by themselves then they have to ship back our products at our warehouse or Pay us the shipping charges 99/- to get the right product delivered.
- Policy applicable from 14TH Sept 2022.
NOTE: The customer will not be eligible for refund in the following conditions
- Self-Placed Wrong Order (e.g. ordered wrong model or product).
- If customer has received the same product as advertise because our all the images are captured by our team.
- Our descriptions are very clear to know about the quality & material of any product.
- If any purchase has been made under BOGO offer or marked as SALE.
- Damage or Defective- Our products go through several quality control checks before they are delivered to customers. In case you face any inconvenience with us, we will immediately ship the new product.
- No cancellations approved once the product gets delivered but we will offer you the store credit for your future purchase.
