Most orders reach you in 3–5 working days. Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune, Kolkata) usually land in 2–4 days. Tier 2 and 3 cities take 4–7 days.

You'll get a tracking link the moment we hand her over to the courier — usually within 24 hours of you placing the order.

Yes — every PIN code we can reach. If your address is in a region our courier partners can't service, we'll let you know within 24 hours and refund you fully. International shipping isn't live yet, but it's coming.

Shipping is free on prepaid orders above ₹599. Orders below that are ₹49. COD orders carry a flat ₹49 handling fee regardless of cart value.

Tracking goes out by SMS and email within 24 hours of dispatch. If you haven't seen it after 48 hours, two things:

• WhatsApp us your order ID and we'll send the tracking directly

Fourteen days for change-of-mind returns. Item should be unused, in original packaging, with the invoice.

Thirty days if your case arrived damaged, defective, or wrong. Free pickup, free replacement, or full refund — your choice.

Email support@peeperly.in within your window with your order ID and a quick note on what's coming back. If she's damaged, attach a photo or unboxing video — that fast-tracks your replacement.

We reply within four hours during working hours (10am–6pm IST, Mon–Sat) and schedule the reverse pickup within 1–2 working days.

We initiate the refund within 48 hours of QC clearance at our warehouse. From there, your bank takes 5–7 working days to reflect it in your account for prepaid orders.

COD refunds happen via UPI or bank transfer — same 48-hour initiation, but instant once your account details are confirmed.

If you changed your mind or picked the wrong model: ₹99, deducted from the refund.

If she arrived damaged, defective, or wrong: we pay, every time. No deductions, no charges.

A short, fixed list that applies to everyone equally:

Once she's with the courier, cancellation isn't possible — but it becomes a 14-day return the moment she lands at your door.

Our Crystal Series cases are MagSafe-compatible. Spectra, Signature, and Regalia ranges work with most magnetic accessories. Look for the MagSafe badge on the product page — when it's there, it's confirmed.

Every case clears drop tests up to 2 metres. The Spectra and Regalia ranges go up to 3 metres with reinforced corners. The materials are TPU and polycarbonate — flexible, scratch-resistant, and built to look as good six months in as on day one.

Protection is real. But we lead with design — because if she doesn't make you smile every time you pick up your phone, the protection doesn't matter.

The prints are UV-cured into the case, not stuck on top. Designed to hold colour for the full life of the case — at least a year of daily use, often longer. If you see fading inside 6 months, that's a defect — message us, we'll replace.

Phone screens render colour differently — what you see on your iPhone and what shows up on someone's Android can vary by 5–10%. We photograph in natural light to keep it as honest as possible.

If the difference feels off to you, that's a valid 14-day return. We'd rather you have one you love than one that almost works.
