Pre-Order Terms & Conditions

Please read the following before placing your pre-order.

1. Pre-Order Product

This product is available on a pre-order basis and will be prepared/procured after your order is placed. It may not be available for immediate dispatch.

2. Estimated Dispatch

The estimated dispatch timeline is mentioned on the product page. Please note that this is an estimated timeline and not a guaranteed delivery date. While we aim to dispatch your order within the stated timeline, unforeseen production, quality-check, or logistics delays may occur.

3. Payment

10-25% advance payment is required at the time of placing the pre-order unless otherwise specified at checkout. Your pre-order will be confirmed only after successful payment.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

Pre-orders may be cancelled before they enter processing, subject to our applicable cancellation policy. If PEEPERLY is unable to fulfil your pre-order, you will be informed and the applicable refund will be processed.

5. Product Appearance

Actual product colour, finish, texture, or minor design details may vary slightly from images shown on the website due to lighting, photography, screen settings, and manufacturing processes.

6. Phone Case Compatibility

Please select the correct phone model before placing your order. PEEPERLY is not responsible for compatibility issues arising from an incorrectly selected phone model.

7. Multiple Products in One Order

If your order contains both pre-order and ready-to-ship products, your products may be shipped separately depending on fulfilment requirements.

8. Delivery

Once your pre-order is ready for dispatch, you will receive the applicable shipping/tracking information. Delivery time after dispatch depends on the shipping location and logistics partner.

9. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact PEEPERLY Customer Support within the applicable period mentioned in our Return & Refund Policy.
